Can we group swimmers by level?
Yes. Create a group for each level or age band, and move swimmers up as they progress. Their parents are notified when they change group.
Can we keep health details for each swimmer?
Yes. Your registration form can ask for health conditions, blood group and emergency contacts, and injury records stay on each swimmer's profile.
Does it work if we use more than one pool?
Yes. Add each venue and its pools, and book every lesson to the right one. Clashes are flagged before they happen.
How do parents pay?
Invoices go out automatically each month. Parents pay by bank transfer and upload the receipt in the app, or your staff record a cash payment.
