How do parents pay their fees?
By bank transfer, the way they already do. Parents see their invoices in the app and upload the receipt, and you approve each payment from the dashboard or your phone. They're notified once it's approved, and your staff can record cash payments too.
How do we move our existing data across?

Where is our data stored?
On Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers in Singapore, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your academy's data belongs to your academy, and you can export it any time.
Do coaches and parents need to install anything?
Coaches, parents and players use the AcademyPro app on iOS or Android. Managers and head coaches can also use the web dashboard.
What is apchat?
A chat built into your dashboard, included for every academy. Ask about your academy in your own words (who has overdue fees, who's been missing training) and it answers from your records. Anything that would change your academy comes to you as a card first, and nothing changes until you confirm it.
