Futsal academies
Book every session to the right court, keep small squads organised and know who has paid, with an app for every coach and family.
30-day free trial · No card required
Every session is booked to a court with its coach, and a clash is flagged before two squads turn up for the same hour.
Put a player in their age group and the development squad at once, and both coaches see them on the register.
When the court is taken, cancel or move the session and every family in that group gets a notification.
Add each court at your venues, then schedule one-off or recurring sessions with the coach assigned and clashes flagged.
As many groups as you need, by age, level or squad. A player can belong to more than one.
Coaches mark present, absent or excused with a reason in the app, then lock the sheet for your sign-off.
Coaches rate each player after a session, and skill and fitness programmes sit on the player's profile.
Monthly fees with sibling discounts, plus one-off invoices for tournament entries and kit orders from the shop.
Send a notice or an image card to one squad, a list or the whole academy, now or scheduled.
Futsal academies
Futsal is fast, small-sided and played on a hard court, and futsal academies run to match: tight squads, short sessions and court hours that are always in demand.
With five players a side and rolling substitutions, a futsal squad rarely needs more than 12 to 14 players, and coaches like to keep it that way so everyone gets time on the ball. Most academies split players by age band, U8 or U10 through to U16, and then by level within the busier age groups.
In AcademyPro each squad is a group with its own coaches, sessions and fee. A player who is good enough to train up an age group, or who joins a development squad on top of their own, simply belongs to both groups, so they appear on both registers without a second record.
Few futsal academies own their court. Most rent hours at a sports hall or a school, often the same evening slots every week, and share them with other users. Losing a slot, or double-booking one, is the most common way a week goes wrong.
Add each venue and each of its courts once. Then schedule recurring sessions for a whole term, with the coach and court assigned, and AcademyPro flags a clash before it's saved. When the hall cancels on you, postpone or cancel the session and every family in that squad is notified, instead of you posting the change in five group chats.
Coaches take attendance in the AcademyPro app at the start of the session: present, absent, or excused with a reason. Parents can request leave in their own app, and an approved absence is marked as excused automatically, so the coach isn't chasing who told whom. When the session is over, the coach locks the sheet for your sign-off.
After the session coaches can rate each player, and those ratings build up on the player's profile over the season. Futsal's quick turns and hard surface mean knocks and ankle injuries happen, so injury records live on the profile too, marked as active, being monitored or recovered.
Most futsal academies charge a monthly fee, sometimes a different one for the elite squad, and a sibling discount for families with two or three players. Set the academy's fee once, override it for a group, and give an individual player their own fee or a full sponsorship. Invoices go out each month on those rules, and unpaid ones get reminders on the 5th, 7th and 10th.
Tournament entries and kit are where the extra admin used to pile up. Raise a one-off invoice to just the players who are going, and sell bibs, jerseys and shorts through the shop in the app. Jersey sizes can be collected on the registration form, so kit orders don't start with a round of messages asking for sizes.
Many futsal programmes sit inside a football academy, as a winter programme, an extra session in the week or a squad of its own. Both can run in one AcademyPro academy: football groups on the pitch, futsal groups on the court, each with their own coaches and fees, and one app for the parents whose children play both.

Yes. Futsal and football squads can live in the same academy as separate groups, each with its own sessions, coaches and fees, and parents see everything for their children in one app.
Yes. Raise a one-off invoice to the players going, alongside their monthly fee. Parents pay by bank transfer and upload the receipt, or your staff record cash.
